  I rented 2 next-door houses for our family. The two families with little kids (5, 3, 18 months) stayed in Bella Casa. The huge closet in master bedroom was perfect for the Pack-n-Play. Kitchen was well furnished. Everyone enjoyed the working fireplace and BBQ outside. Thanks to those who keep Bella Casa in such good condition! We really felt at home.   The house was very nice. It was clean and loked quite new. With the entrance and living areas set back from the road, there was little traffic noise. There was quite a bit of noise when the showers were used, but otherwise it was a great place.

  The Bella Casa was the perfect rental for my family. It was spotless, well equiped and close to the Paso Robles downtown. When a porch light was burned out, the owner was there within 30 minutes to change it out. Very responsive. We would stay there again without a doubt.

  Great location near town. Very cozy home. The backyard was smaller than I had imagined, but the garage was plus to keep our car somewhat cool in the heat.

  Had a great time at Bella Casa in Paso Robles. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was incredibly clean. In a good location, within walking distance to downtown and morning coffee!

  My four friends and I went to Paso for a fun filled weekend. We wanted a comfortable place to stay in between all of our planned activities. Bella Casa was perfect for us. We appreciated that there was a room with twin beds - we all have spouses but this was a "girls" weekend and having more beds was a plus. Also we liked the comfortable seating in the living room and the fact that the living room and kitchen/seating area was a common space - great for our morning coffee gatherings before heading out the door. A minor improvement would be to have two hand towel rings in each bathroom. Two friends thought their beds were on the hard side - I realize this is an individual preference. We all agreed we would return to Bella Casa.

  As you can see from the above rating, we were very satisfied with the rental. I would suggest that the owner make a note for guests about the noise the water filtration system and the water softener make. We thought something was seriously wrong. Also, we would have appreciated a recycling bin. We also ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom. Very small items. Thanks, Kathe
