  Home was spacious and met our needs, family group staying in town for niece's wedding. Since the place is advertised for up to 12 guests, it would be nice to have some folding chairs in addition to the 8 around the dining table. Family room was very comfortable and a great hang out space.

  We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house is a very nice track home close to shopping and downtown. Plendy of household items that you need for cooking and entertaining. The furnishings were a little sparce but overall a great experience!

  We had a very happy experience. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. If I may add one comment: it would have been nice if there was a chair in the master bedroom.

  This house is great for families with children. The yard is big and open for kids to play in and the living room is spacious for hanging out (there is no real sitting area in the living room, just a futon). The beds are all comfy and the house is very clean and kept up nicely. It is a nice neighborhood close to downtown (but not walking distance). I would definitely stay here again.

  This was an ideal location for a group of wine tasters. Centrally located between the Eastside and the Westside. It worked great as we would stop midday and drop off purchases and refresh before going to the other side. Never having to travel through the
  center of town to do it. Plenty of room and a nice backyard to relax in the evening.

  The kitchen faucet needs repair. It was annoying not being able to turn if off!

• We own a rental cared for by Sunriver Resort in Oregon, so we know the in's and out's of making our home attractive. We were delighted with yours, except we needed more pans when we prepped our breakfast.

  Also the home had VERY FEW hangers and I called about that and someone brought a great supply over very promptly! So wonderful!
  Finally, you'd better check, whenever it rains again: Our feet got wet in front of the closet, through the carpet in the queen room, upstairs, that was just left of the main bathroom. It was raining and there might be a harmful leak in the roof.

  The house was very nice and was able to fit everyone. I was only disappointed that the house wasn't fully stocked. I was expecting on having soap and shampoo which we only had one small hotel sample. In the kitchen I was expecting on having more mixing bowls, sharp knives etc.
  This is a great place and if you're going to rent it out just make sure you bring towels and bathroom supplies and all kitchen supplies you might need to cook with.

  We had a lot of trouble at check in, as the directions given & lockbox code were not correct. Check mapquest as the street names have changed. The accomodations were very basic, but met the needs for 4 couples. We would have preferred to have shower soap & tissues in the unit. The BBQ was not propane as advertised & a few outside chairs were torn. On the plus side, the a/c worked great, kitchen & appliances were quite functional, & location was great. We would stay there again.

  This lovely house accomdated 11 women traveling on a wine tasting trip perfectly. Location is ideal, grocery store closeby,plenty of room for large gatherings.Only downside,few stains on carpet, need to replace some cookware,and bring your own Charmin.

  This house was great for 4 couples. The furnishings were sparse and a bit misleading from pictures. Owner seemed to be hoping tenants would purchase and leave things like soap, TP, paper towels, dishwasher detergent. Bedrooms need a dresser and two nightstands.
  
  We were asked to remove our shoes, leading us to believe that the place was pristine, which it was not. There wasn't a single sharp knife in the place, living room had a dining table and a futon. Just a little odd. Very nice backyard and nice views from bedroom windows.
