The Serendipity House is located approximately .8 miles west of downtown Paso Robles City Park Town Square, snuggled in the wooded hillside of Paso Robles. Serendipity begins when you enter the front iron gate and are greeted by 35 foot tall Birch trees,
lush landscaping lined with large tufts of lavender and a two tier water fountain! Most guest of the Serendipity House comment on the cleanliness of the home, the comfortable beds, unique art, hand crafted furnishings, stained wood interior and most of all
the relaxing view of the rolling hillside from the 600 sq. ft. deck. The Serendipity House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath home where the master retreat has a extra wide sliding glass door with a full view of the hillside from the back deck. Secondary bedrooms are spacious
with queen size beds, dresser, nightstands and closet. The family room has an extra wide sliding glass door, wood beam vaulted ceiling, leather furniture with an extended “flex” living room that has a suede “L” sofa and ottoman. For those that are cooking,
enjoy commercial style stainless steel gas convection or stand oven, cook top and convection microwave. The chef that enjoys cooking outside will appreciate a full gas grill and a wood smoker/grill located on the east patio. Remember, the Serendipity House
is hillside on a approximately a 1/3 acre lot and your views are from a home and deck that is private and hillside! A walk to town is approximately 8 – 10 minutes and is a gradual downhill stroll. I’d suggest perhaps a morning stroll to town for exercise and
enjoy the 2 minute drive to town in the evening!
